Custom Orders & Colours;

We are more than happy to work with you to create the perfect product, if you are looking a specific design, colour or item that isn’t currently listed please feel free to email us at info@scribetribestudio.co.uk  and we will see what we can do. Please note that in a few cases this may incur a slight charge.

Refunds and Exchanges;

Due to  items being personalised we do not offer refunds on items unless they are proven faulty within 28 days of purchase. If you are labelling your items at home please see our 'care' tab = for detailed application instructions. Please use extreme care when applying your decals as we accept no responsibility for damage that may occur when being applied and we cannot offer a refund or replacement due to any application errors. We apologise if you have found a fault with your item please email us at info@scribetribestudio.co.uk and we will work with you to sort this out.

When ordering you will be asked to double check spelling on personalised items as we will only be able to print what has been confirmed and do not offer refunds due to misspellings. 

Processing Time;

We take extreme pride in our work and this means we work hard to ensure that products that are sent out to our Tribe are done so with precision and finesse. As a team we work hard to get products printed, hand finished and out to you as soon as possible but we do ask that you allow a 1-2 week wait time when ordering just to allow for us to process, print, hand finish and deliver your orders.

Rush Orders;

If you need your order sooner than the standard 1-2 week wait time we advise that you use the Speed My Scribe feature. This can be found as a product option on the shop tab and add it to your basket. This will ensure your order is placed at the top of the list and will be with you as soon as possible.

Shipping/Tracking orders;

We aim to get you products out to you as soon as possible, once orders are complete we will inform you that your order is on its way (please allow 3-5 working days after your shipping confirmation for postage).

If you need your order sooner we advise adding Speed My Scribe to you basket when shopping our website which will ensure that you have your order asap. 

Do we ship internationally?

Yes we do, shipping costs will vary per country and item, also we do not take any responsibility for any customs charges that may occur and do remember that delivery time will be longer.

 

Customs and Import;

Please know that if you are purchasing from outside of the UK you may incur customs or import charges; Scribe Tribe Studios accepts no responsibility for these additional charges and they will need to be paid by the purchaser.
